I have always gotten furniture from here But yesterday was a different experience as a customer Me & my mom was looking for her a recliner chair because she has stage 4 cancer & has not been sleeping in her bed & when I tell you that 5th avenue did they big one for her they worked with the price the owner came & actually talked to her they made her feel as comfortable as possible made her feel like she was in her own living room the employees are truly phenomenal Lola Johnson & Ozie helped & had the best customer service ever I’m telling you this company will always get my money with the amazing service they give from the show room to the delivery everything was perfect

I spent hours in the store because there were so many good opinions to choose from but nevertheless Dylan was extremely patient. For every question, he had an answer, he demoed the furniture’s durability and he’s super personable so it easily put me at ease from the time I arrived.

Can I visit a 5th Avenue Showroom to see the product before purchasing online?

To find out if our Detroit or Southfield showrooms have the item(s) you want, call or visit during business hours. Our stores have a unique selection and may or may not have the item on display, please call first to avoid any inconveniences.

What are your Pickup Hours?

Our Pickup Hours are Monday thru Saturday from 10am-5pm. To save time, give us a call ahead so we can have merchandise readily available.

How do I prepare for my upcoming delivery?

  • Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
  • For online orders, cardholder must be present with Valid ID and method of payment used during checkout for verification.
  • Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
  • Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.
  • All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.

During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department (313) 864-1111 prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.

Will the delivery team move or haul off my old furniture?

We offer Third Party Haul away Services for $99 per piece. If you decide not to go with these services, see below details from our Delivery Team.

The room should be cleared and ready to accept the merchandise that was purchased. We will NOT remove existing furniture or mattresses. Additionally, our delivery team is not responsible for bringing any packaging back with them on the truck. Unless exception is made by management, they will make every effort to neatly place trash where requested by customer.

Can I pick what time frame I will get my merchandise on the day of my delivery?

It can be requested, but often depends on the route. We route everything by zip code and try to keep it in an order that we can make more stops in a day. We offer a 4 hour time window and can give a 30 minute call ahead before arrival.
