Can you provide more information about "Local Price Match Guarantee"?
Item(s) must meet the following criteria to qualify for our Local Price Match Guarantee:
- The advertised product is from a local furniture store with a showroom in Michigan. Online only retailers do not apply.
- The product is not a closeout, floor model, discontinued, or clearance item.
- The product must be identical (brand, quantity, collection, color, etc.)
- The price includes In Home Delivery/Setup and applicable Michigan sales tax.
- The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment or pickup from the competitor.
- The price must be published online or within marketing material, verbal quotes not accepted.
- Coupons or additional discounts cannot be applied to an item being submitted for price match.
- The Price Match cannot be applied to previous or pending orders.
- Must be done at the time of sale.

Can I visit a 5th Avenue Showroom to see the product before purchasing online?
To find out if our Detroit or Southfield showrooms have the item(s) you want, call or visit during business hours. Our stores have a unique selection and may or may not have the item on display, please call first to avoid any inconveniences.

What are your Pickup Hours?
Our Pickup Hours are Monday thru Saturday from 10am-5pm. To save time, give us a call ahead so we can have merchandise readily available.

How do I prepare for my upcoming delivery?
- Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
- For online orders, cardholder must be present with Valid ID and method of payment used during checkout for verification.
- Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
- Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.
- All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department (313) 864-1111 prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.

Will the delivery team move or haul off my old furniture?
We offer Third Party Haul away Services for $99 per piece. If you decide not to go with these services, see below details from our Delivery Team.
The room should be cleared and ready to accept the merchandise that was purchased. We will NOT remove existing furniture or mattresses. Additionally, our delivery team is not responsible for bringing any packaging back with them on the truck. Unless exception is made by management, they will make every effort to neatly place trash where requested by customer.

Can I pick what time frame I will get my merchandise on the day of my delivery?
It can be requested, but often depends on the route. We route everything by zip code and try to keep it in an order that we can make more stops in a day. We offer a 4 hour time window and can give a 30 minute call ahead before arrival.
